There have been some changes within the management committee and to assist in enhancing the current and future operations a motion was made to reduce the number of office bearers. The constitution requires three positions and the current committee have put forward four positions. The original numbers of seven came with its challenges with quorums and being able to hold regular meetings. The new committee now consists of a President, Treasurer, Secretary and Vice President with Dan, Peter May, Chuk and AJ filling the roles. Chuk will also be taking on the role of Grants Officer.
Recent preparations for funding have presented findings surrounding the alignment of dates regarding the EOFY and the AGM. To bring this into line the AGM is scheduled for the end of the year and not in the month of June. Date TBA.
